Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Passionfruit Kids. We care about your satisfaction and want to make sure you're 100% happy with your purchase.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Passionfruit Kids product. You have 30 days after you receive the item to notify us that you would like to return or exchange a product. To start the return process, please email us with your order number at hello@passionfruitkids.co.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs and are subject to a $5 return shipping fee that will be deducted from the refund. We'll email a return label for you to print and place on the package. The $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from the price of the product.

What condition will you take a return?

New/unused conditions will be accepted for return. We would love to know the reason for the return if you're willing to share. Return shipping is $5 within the United States.

How long will it take to process my return?

We will process the return within five business days.

Do you offer free returns? 

While we offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more, customers are responsible for their return shipping costs and all orders that qualify for free shipping are subject to a $5 return shipping fee that will be deducted from the refund.

 

Can I exchange my product?

Yes, we offer exchanges. To start the exchange process, please email us with your order number at hello@passionfruitkids.co. 

I received my product damaged. Who can I contact?

We are so sorry your product was damaged and any inconvenience it may have caused. Please take a picture of your damaged items and send us an email within 30 days after delivery with your order number at hello@passionfruitkids.co. 

Do you offer a refund on shipping fees? 

Outbound shipping fees are nonrefundable.
